Chelan County contracts help to track short-term rental complaints –

WENATCHEE — Chelan County contracted with a San Diego-based company to help track public complaints regarding short-term rentals.

The county passed new regulations in July 2021 for homes rented for 30 days or less. Under the county’s code, short-term rental owners need to apply for a permit as an existing or new rental business.
