On Monday, new rules for short-term rentals in the Town of Jackson are set to take effect. But town officials say there won’t be any rentals by then outside the downtown lodging overlay and Snow King Resort District that adhere to the rules.

Town Planning Director Paul Anthony said that since changes were announced in mid-December, there have no been no applications for a Basic Use Permit, which is required for short-term rentals located inside and outside the downtown area.
