UK: Global accommodation agency Situ has appointed Suzanne Luscombe as property partner growth director.

Luscombe brings more than 22 years of experience working in the real estate industry to her new role, including property sales, lettings, build-to-rent, property management and the extended-stay rental market.

She joins following Situ’s acquisition of short-term rental software company Rentivo’s technology stack in November, and will be responsible for expanding Situ’s supply chain of compliant accommodation suitable for mid-term and extended stays.

Speaking about her appointment, Luscombe said: “I am so excited to be joining such a well-respected team. It’s an absolute privilege to be part of a successful and dynamic brand.  Situ’s commitment to excellence is evident in the way they prioritise their partners, clients and team in everything they do.”

Rebecca Gonzaga, managing director of Situ, added: “Suzanne’s addition marks another significant stride towards developing a pioneering commercial offering for our property partners, setting new standards for global agencies focused on delivering value for both their clients and partners. Suzanne’s creativity and diverse expertise will greatly enrich Situ, and we’re excited to collaborate on our vision for 2024 and beyond.”

Other recent hires by Situ include Jake Seage as business travel account director. The appointments follow a restructure of the senior team last summer, which saw Gonzaga promoted to MD and Phil Stapleton move to CEO.
